How you earn tier points
Every EUR wagered on slots and crash games earns one tier point, live games earn 0.5 points and table games such as blackjack and baccarat earn 0.25 points per EUR. Points roll over a 90-day window; if you stop playing your tier drops by one level per 30 days of inactivity. We show your current balance and next threshold in the account view right after every session, so you see exactly how much you have left to reach the next tier.
How the cashback is calculated
Cashback is calculated on net loss for the week (Monday 00:00 UTC to Sunday 23:59 UTC), not on total deposits. If you wager 800 EUR and win back 600 EUR your net loss is 200 EUR; a Gold player on 12% cashback then receives 24 EUR credited on Monday with 1x wagering. If you finish the week in profit no cashback is paid, but your tier points are unaffected.
The VIP host's role and boundaries
From Gold you are assigned a personal VIP host who answers via chat, email or phone. The host helps with tailored deposit limits, expedites KYC paperwork, books you into closed tournaments and sends personal reload offers once a month. What the host does not do: recommend games or nudge you toward higher stakes — if you ever feel an uncomfortable push, that breaches our internal Responsible Gaming standard and you can report it directly to compliance@huzzlincasino.com.
